The candidate will be responsible for identifying leads, promoting supermarket products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting overall store sales performance. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage new business opportunities through direct customer interaction and local market activities.

• Present, promote, and sell products and services effectively to customers.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business.

• Negotiate and close sales while ensuring smooth customer service experience.

• Prepare and explain product offers, discounts, and promotional schemes.

• Maintain records of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups with customers.

• Support store operations and assist customers in product selection.

• Achieve monthly sales and customer engagement targets.

Job Requirements

• Minimum qualification: PUC / Any Degree.

• Experience: 0–2 Years in sales, retail, or customer service preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer-focused approach with good sales ability.

• Basic computer and billing software knowledge is an added advantage.

• Ability to work in a team-oriented retail environment.
