We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to generate and manage business opportunities for software development projects. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a basic understanding of IT services, and the ability to convert leads into clients.
Eligibility / Requirements
Education: MBA in Marketing (Mandatory)
Experience: Fresher or 0–1 years in IT sales / business development
Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of software development, IT services, or digital solutions
Joining: Immediate joiner preferred
Laptop: Must have own laptop
Skills Required:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Client handling and presentation skills
Basic knowledge of SDLC and IT services is an advantage
Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities for software development projects
Communicate with potential clients to understand their business and technical requirements
Present company IT services including web, mobile, and software solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups with prospects
Coordinate with technical and project teams for requirement understanding
Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and closures
