We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will focus on expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities in the design and project management domain. You will play a key role in building relationships with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and proposing our tailored services to meet their project goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the design and project management sectors.
Generate leads through networking, cold calls, market research, and industry events.
Understand client requirements and present V-Serve’s service offerings effectively.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contract terms with potential clients.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (design, PMC, operations) to ensure client requirements are met.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to promote repeat business and referrals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve business strategies.
Report regularly on sales pipeline, progress, and market insights to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, preferably in design, construction, or project management consultancy.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical project requirements and translate them into business proposals.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
