We are looking for a Business Development Executiveto join our team at Utkarsh Global Foundation. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Make outbound calls to companies and corporate offices.
•Connect and coordinate with CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) departments.
•Schedule meetings between company representatives and our CSR team.
•Follow up regularly via calls and emails for meeting confirmations and fundraising discussions.
•Maintain proper database and records of corporate interactions.
•Generate leads and support corporate fundraising activities.
•Handle end-to-end coordination through phone calls and email communication.
•Maintain professional communication and relationship with corporate clients.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 6 months - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Convincing Skills,MS Excel,Computer Knowledge,Lead Generation,Strong Communication is an added advantage.
