Key Responsibilities

Identify and generate leads through various channels including field visits, online platforms, and referrals

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients

Conduct property presentations and site visits with clients

Understand client requirements and suggest suitable property options

Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly targets

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups

Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred but not mandatory)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for sales and customer engagement

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic understanding of the real estate market is a plus

Compensation

Experience Level Monthly Salary Incentives

Fresher ₹16,000 Performance-based incentives

1–2 Years ₹18,000–₹25,000 Performance-based incentives
