The Business Development Executive is responsible for handling client inquiries, explaining property management services, and converting leads into clients. Leads will be provided by the company. No field work is involved.
Handle incoming leads and inquiries related to property management.
Explain company services (tenant management, maintenance, rent collection, etc.) to clients.
Maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
Follow up with potential clients to ensure conversion.
Update and maintain client records in CRM.
Coordinate with the operations team for smooth onboarding of new properties.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of property or real estate sector preferred.
Computer skills (MS Office, Email handling).
Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.
Graduate in Commerce, Business, or related field.
Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
