We’re Hiring: Business Development Associate (BDA) – Field Sales

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Associates (BDAs) to join our team at Urban Company. The role focuses on recruiting house-help/maid service partners through field sales, marketing, flyering, and direct customer/partner engagement.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable with fieldwork, meeting daily recruitment targets, and converting leads into successful partner onboardings.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct flyering and door-to-door marketing in residential societies, local markets, and high-potential areas.

Identify and generate leads for house-help/maid recruitment through offline marketing and field activities.

Explain job opportunities, salary benefits, incentives, and work-related benefits to prospective partners.

Engage with potential candidates, build trust, and convert leads into walk-ins and successful recruitments.

Achieve daily and weekly targets for lead generation, walk-ins, partner recruitment, and approvals.

Follow up with interested candidates and ensure smooth onboarding.

Conduct market mapping to identify high-potential recruitment locations.

Maintain daily reports of field activities, leads, walk-ins, and conversions.
