We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented IT Sales Professional with 1–3 years of experience in selling IT services and/or products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to generate leads, and a passion for building client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through various channels (cold calling, networking, social media, references, etc.)
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable IT services/products
Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations
Prepare proposals, commercials, and negotiate deals
Work closely with technical teams to ensure solution alignment
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
Maintain CRM records and sales reports
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Good understanding of IT services (Oracle, Microsoft, SAP, Cloud, etc.) is preferred
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
