Responsibilities:
• Role involves Field Sales
• Assist in setting up and participating in client calls, demos, and follow-ups
• Learn to articulate Pallet’s value proposition and product features
• Help in preparing presentations, proposals, and pitch materials
• Maintain accurate customer data and interaction logs in CRM tools
• Stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams
• Shadow and learn from senior sales professionals to develop consultative selling skills
Qualifications:
• Strong interest in sales, tech, and the retail ecosystem
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-driven, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus
