About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our Shipping & Logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting international business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business leads through email marketing, calls, and follow-ups
Execute email marketing campaigns and maintain consistent client follow-ups
Share pricing, quotations, and service details with potential and existing clients
Clearly explain company shipping and logistics services in a professional manner
Build, maintain, and regularly update the client database
Develop and maintain repeat business from existing clients
Handle international business inquiries and client communications
Coordinate with overseas agents, partners, and internal teams
Ensure timely communication and smooth business operations
Eligibility & Skills
Graduate / Post Graduate (preferred)
Experience in Business Development, Sales, or Logistics industry is an advantage
Good communication skills (written and verbal)
Basic knowledge of email marketing and client coordination
Ability to handle international clients and business inquiries
Proficiency in MS Excel, email tools, and CRM systems (preferred)
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on experience)
