Business Development Executive
Location: Indore (On-site)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (5 Days)
Experience Required: 0 to 3 Years
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred
Key Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri,
Upwork, Freelancer, etc. Handle end-to-end client communication—from initial outreach to
successful onboarding.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver customized
staffing solutions. Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and supporting
documentation.
Candidate Requirements
0 to 3 years of experience in business development, preferably in IT staffing or
recruitment services Strong experience in lead generation and bidding on platforms like
Upwork, Freelancer, etc.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability in client handling, negotiation, and deal closure
Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable to a dynamic work environment
