We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Executive to help us expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing, strong communication skills, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital marketing space.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Understand client needs and propose suitable digital marketing services and strategies.
Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Performance, Social Media, etc.) to ensure client expectations are met.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, potential clients, and partnership opportunities.
Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools and track all client interactions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
0–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client servicing (preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing services (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.) is preferred.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
