We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team at Turbhe, Navi Mumbai. This role focuses on lead handling, nurturing and conversion with excellent record keeping and follow up. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹18,000 - ₹22,000 and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Convert leads into confirmed orders (POs) through structured follow-up and disciplined execution.
Present, promote, and sell products or services to potential customers effectively.
Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring smooth execution of the sales process.
Maintain a record of sales activities and ensure timely follow-ups.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 2 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Excellent Communication Skills is an added advantage.
