Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic female candidates to join our team as Study Abroad Counsellors. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience to build a career in the international education and immigration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential students and clients.

• Explain study abroad services clearly and effectively to generate interest.

• Follow up on leads, schedule appointments, and convert inquiries into applications.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and interactions in the CRM system.

• Provide information and guidance on international universities, courses, and visa procedures.

Key Requirements:

Female candidates only

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in English and Telugu is mandatory; Hindi is an added advantage

Basic knowledge of computers and CRM tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

A passion for student counselling and client service

Immediate joiners are highly preferred
