We are looking for a Senior Business Development Associate (Sr. BDA) to join our team at Scaler Academy. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting learner relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals, especially within the EdTech industry.
Identify and approach potential learners to generate high-quality leads and drive sales growth.
Present and promote Scaler’s learning programs to prospective customers through impactful product demonstrations.
Maintain strong relationships with existing learners and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.
Prepare and deliver sales pitches tailored to learners’ career goals and needs.
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and conversion targets.
Stay informed on EdTech market trends and competitor activities.
Prepare reports on sales performance, lead funnels, CRM updates, and learner feedback.
Collaborate with leadership to execute sales strategies effectively.
The minimum qualification for this role is UG in B.Tech/B.Com/BBA or PG in M.Tech/MBA (Marketing & Sales) with 2–6 years of experience (minimum 2 years in EdTech mandatory). Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, CRM proficiency, and a customer-first approach. The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, achieve consistent targets, and manage end-to-end sales cycles.
