Job Description:
We are seeking motivated and results-driven Business Development Associates to join our high-performance sales team. The ideal candidate will have experience in EdTech sales and a strong ability to understand customer needs, drive conversions, and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries.
• Conduct consultative sales calls to understand learner needs.
• Provide detailed counselling on Scaler’s programs and career paths.
• Follow up with leads to drive enrolments and meet monthly sales targets.
• Maintain high lead-to-conversion ratios through structured communication.
• Manage CRM updates and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for smooth student onboarding.
• Participate in sales reviews, training, and performance discussions.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
