Key Responsibilities:

• New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed revenue targets.

• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.

• Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement tailored sales strategies to boost market share.

• Market Insights: Analyze sales data, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Media Planning & Marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials that drive results.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

• Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, with a strong focus on the media industry.

• Track Record: Demonstrated success in lead generation and consistently exceeding sales targets.

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
