Role:Business Development Executive – IT & HRS
Location: Chennai (Porur & surrounding areas)
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities for IT Services and HR Services (HRS) through field sales activities.
Visit prospective clients across corporate offices, industrial areas, and business parks.
Promote Teampro’s IT offerings including software solutions, IT support, AMC services, technical staffing, and managed services.
Promote HR Services such as manpower supply, payroll management, contract staffing, recruitment, and compliance services.
Understand client requirements and propose customized IT & HRS solutions.
Generate qualified leads, conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with internal recruitment, IT, and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for IT & HR services.
Maintain client data, visit reports, and sales pipeline updates in CRM.
Skills Required
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Field sales experience in IT services, HR services, or B2B sales preferred.
Ability to understand client needs and convert them into business opportunities.
Good knowledge of corporate sales processes.
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills.
Basic computer proficiency (Email, CRM, MS Office).
Willingness to travel within Chennai and nearby locations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Any graduate with relevant field sales experience.
Experience in IT Sales / HR Sales / Staffing Industry will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, confident, and result-oriented.
