Conduct field sales activities, meeting potential clients in person within assigned territory.
Prospect new leads through door-to-door, foot traffic, referrals, and other field channels.
Present & demonstrate product/service offerings to customers; explain features & benefits.
Upsell and cross‑sell to existing clients where applicable.
Maintain and update customer information, leads, pipeline status, and follow‑ups.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales targets & KPIs set by sales manager.
Build long‑term relationships with clients to ensure retention and repeat business.
Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, competition, territory insights.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ensure adherence to company policies, and maintain professionalism in all client interactions.
Education: Any Graduate (minimum).
Experience: Freshers welcome; for experienced, prior field sales or business development experience preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
Good persuasion, negotiation, interpersonal skills
Self‑motivated, target‑oriented, ability to work with minimal supervision
Good understanding of customer needs and market dynamics
Basic computer skills (mobile, MS Office etc.)
Other:
Willingness to travel within assigned city/territory daily.
Own two‑wheeler & driving license may be preferred (if field travel required).
Valid documents to prove identity, educational qualifications, and (for experienced) past employment.
Meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
High lead conversion and customer acquisition rates.
