We are looking for a passionate and driven Sales Executive to represent Swa in Bangalore and nearby areas,
building strong relationships and expanding our footprint in the vibrant F&B scene.
Key Responsibilities
● Drive sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets for the Bangalore territory.
● Identify, approach, and onboard new customers including cafés, bars, restaurants, hotels, and
distributors.
● Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and upselling
opportunities.
● Plan and conduct regular market visits, product demos, and sampling activities.
● Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing, timely
deliveries, and excellent customer experience.
● Track sales performance, competitor activity, and market trends to support business growth.
● Submit timely reports, expense statements, and updates on customer engagement and market
feedback.
Requirements
● 1-3 years of relevant techno-commercial or sales experience in FMCG, F&B, etc
● Educational Qualification- Bachelor's degree atleast
● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with local travel within territory and nearby areas.
● Familiarity with the café, bar, and hospitality segments is a plus.
