About the Role

We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development / Sales professionals to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to acquire new clients and build long-term relationships.

*Key Responsibilities*

*Acquire new clients and build strong customer relationships.

*Generate leads through calling, references, networking and other sales activities.

*Open Demat & Trading Accounts and achieve acquisition targets.

*Explain and promote investment and trading products to prospective clients.

*Follow up with leads and convert prospects into active customers.

*Cross-sell relevant financial products and services.

*Maintain regular communication with clients and support relationship building.

*Achieve monthly sales, revenue and business targets.

*Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes.

*Contribute towards overall revenue generation through sales activities.
