Duties & Responsibilities: 6 days a week Work Timings: Yes 10:15 to 06:45 ● Understanding the business and products to meet the Annual Sales target ● Observing and getting training provided by the seniors/managers ● Visiting Architects, Govt. officials, engineers in Govt., Banks, PSUs etc. ● Educating about our Product to Architects, Corporate, Government, Banks, PSUs ● Suggesting the required modifications. Giving presentations about our company & the various products manufactured by us. ● Understanding the drawings & technical specifications required (Low to Medium Level) ● Formulating various tender packages along with techno commercial evaluations of the tenders (Low to Medium Level) ● Providing quotations, providing catalogs, samples, getting samples approved from the concerned person ● Liaise with various Architects, Corporate Clients, Government, Banks for obtaining various approvals & clearances ● Negotiations, follow up for the orders, getting product specified ● Providing the proforma, getting PO, advance, coordinating with seniors for time bound delivery ● Constantly report on progress of projects to Clients /Architects. ● Customer relationship management and MIS reports for project monitoring. ● Discussion of payment terms, disputes settling & other important matters. ● Must have experience of Government projects sales ● Must have experience of using GEM Portal
