Job Title : Business Development Executive – Interior Design
Job Summary :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing interior design firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to promote our services to residential, commercial, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities :
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, industry events, cold calling, and online research.
• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, real estate developers, contractors, property managers, and direct clients.
• Conduct market research to understand client needs, industry trends, and competitors.
• Collaborate with the design team to prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client requirements.
• Handle client inquiries, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Skills Required: • Understanding of interior design terminology and processes.
• Experience with B2B and B2C sales.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Presentation and pitching skills.
• Preference: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
