Job Description
Shipkia is hiring a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Executive (BDE) to connect with existing and potential clients, understand their business requirements, generate sales opportunities, and drive client onboarding and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Make a minimum of 100 calls per day to existing and prospective clients.
Generate business opportunities and convert prospects into active clients.
Follow up with customers to drive onboarding, retention, and revenue growth.
Understand client concerns related to pricing, services, operations, and technical support.
Identify customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
Reactivate inactive clients and build long-term customer relationships.
Maintain accurate call records, customer feedback, and follow-up details in CRM or Excel.
Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, or Telecalling.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Strong customer-handling and objection-handling abilities.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Excel or CRM tools.
Experience in logistics or e-commerce will be an advantage.
