Key Responsibilities
About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and driven B2B Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is 70% focused on new business development and sales, and 30% on after-sales customer support to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
Sales (70%)
· Identify and approach potential B2B clients through calls, emails, visits, and networking
· Understand client needs and pitch relevant services or solutions
· Deliver presentations, conduct product demos, and build customized proposals.
· Negotiate and close deals with decision-makers and procurement teams
· Maintain accurate records in CRM software
· Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
After-Sales Support (30%)
· Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of services or products
· Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction
· Handle minor complaints or requests, and escalate issues when necessary
· Support clients with documentation, reports, or service-related updates
· Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals
Key Skills Required
· Strong communication and presentation skills
· Confident in negotiation and deal closing
· Knowledge of B2B sales processes and CRM tools
· Basic Excel and report handling skills
· Ability to manage both sales goals and customer satisfaction
