Role Overview
As a Sales Navigator – B2B Solutions, you will be responsible for building and expanding our business pipeline, identifying high-quality prospects, and driving consultative sales conversations with mid to large enterprises. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with strong B2B experience and the ability to convert market insights into lasting business relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Market Mapping
Prospect, research, and qualify potential B2B accounts aligned with Soulnkey’s service offerings (recruitment, staffing, HR consulting).
Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and industry databases.
Client Engagement & Outreach
Initiate contact with decision makers (HR Leaders, Hiring Managers, Business Heads) via outbound channels — cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, networking events, and referrals.
Conduct needs assessments to understand client hiring pain points and talent requirements.
Sales Strategy & Execution
Present Soulnkey’s value proposition clearly, positioning our suite of recruitment and staffing services as strategic solutions.
Customize sales pitches and demonstrations to address differentiated business needs.
Relationship Management
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with existing prospects and new clients.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients on talent acquisition strategies and solutions.
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with recruitment, delivery, and operations teams to ensure successful onboarding and fulfillment of client requirements.
Track outreach activities, sales meetings, forecast updates, and pipeline status in CRM tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Essential
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
2+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in staffing, HR services, technology, or consulting sectors.
Strong ability to use Sales Navigator, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and sales intelligence tools.
Excellent oral and written communication skills — ability to strike conversations with senior stakeholders.
Goal-driven, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a target-oriented environment.
Desirable
Understanding of recruitment lifecycle or HR services.
Experience selling services rather than products.
Comfort with remote presentations and digital engagement strategies.
