Job Overview: MachanX Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Representative to sell consultancy services and drive client acquisition. The role focuses on generating leads, acquiring new clients, and maintaining strong client relationships. The candidate will contribute to business growth by understanding client needs and offering suitable consultancy solutions.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Sell consultancy services to new and existing clients
• Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and references
• Understand client requirements and offer relevant consultancy solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Handle client service requests and ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare proposals and follow up to close deals
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain records of leads and clients in CRM
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service delivery
• Visit clients in Delhi NCR (once a month)

• Client servicing and handling client requests
• Customer dealing experience
• Strong client relationship and client experience management
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude
Working Hours Timings:
9:45AM to 6:30 PM
