Job Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Sector 18, Gurgaon
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on communication skills & experience)
Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate
Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Job Responsibilities:

Make outbound and inbound calls to customers/leads
Explain company products/services professionally
Generate leads and maintain customer follow-ups
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Maintain daily call reports and CRM updates
Coordinate with the sales team for conversions
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets

Required Skills:

Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Confident and convincing speaking ability
Basic computer knowledge
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Ability to handle customers professionally

Eligibility:

UG / Graduate candidates can apply
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome
Experience in telecalling, telesales, BPO, or customer support is preferred
