Key Responsibilities
Application Processing: Review, prepare, and submit accurate visa applications to embassies, consulates, or visa application centers
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide visa counselors and documentation staff to maintain high approval success rates.
Regulatory Compliance: Track changing global immigration policies, border restrictions, and regional travel requirements.
Client & Stakeholder Relations: Advise corporate or individual clients on complex travel requirements, resolve delays, and maintain liaison channels with diplomatic missions.
Operations & Budgeting: Manage department workflows, monitor processing fees, and coordinate with ticketing or logistics teams.
Knowledge: Deep familiarity with global visa protocols (such as Schengen, US, UK, and Canada applications) and corporate travel management software.
Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, high attention to detail, and proven problem-solving abilities under tight deadlines. [
Experience: in visa processing, travel operations, or immigration consulting, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
