About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and confident Business Development Executive (Trainee) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with HR departments of different companies over phone calls, understanding their hiring needs, and helping them sign recruitment contracts with our organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start their career in sales, business development, or corporate communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with HR professionals of various companies through phone calls (contact details will be provided).

• Explain the company’s recruitment services and partnership process.

• Persuade and onboard companies to sign recruitment contracts.

• Maintain a daily record of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate with the internal HR and business team for updates.

• Achieve daily and weekly outreach targets.

Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

• Confident while speaking with HR professionals and business heads.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills.

• Graduate (any stream); freshers are welcome.
