We are looking for a ERP Sales professional to join our team at Shuchi Business Solution Private Limited. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing the end-to-end ERP sales cycle, building long-term client relationships, and driving revenue growth through ERP solutions.
The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for solution-based selling, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a proven track record in closing ERP or enterprise software deals.
Identify and approach potential clients to generate leads for ERP solutions (SAP / ERP).
Understand client business processes and propose suitable ERP solutions.
Present, demonstrate, and promote ERP products and services to prospective customers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat and referral business.
Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations based on client requirements.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Coordinate with pre-sales, consulting, and implementation teams for solution alignment.
Stay updated on ERP market trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices.
Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and client feedback summaries.
Minimum qualification: Graduate / MBA (Marketing or Sales preferred)
Experience: 2–3 years in ERP / IT / Software sales
Proven experience in selling ERP solutions (SAP Business One / SAP S/4HANA / other ERP systems preferred).
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and business development activities.
