Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive the sales, marketing, and export operations of our Formaldehyde and Resin product lines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing long-term client relationships, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and expanding our business footprint in both domestic and international chemical markets.
Key Responsibilities
Domestic & International Sales
Execute targeted sales and marketing activities for Formaldehyde and Resin products.
Identify and convert new business opportunities through market research and strategic networking.
Conduct warm calls with existing customers to identify new requirements and maintain business continuity.
Export Operations & Logistics
Handle international inquiries, prepare export quotations, and negotiate pricing/terms for global clients.
Coordinate with freight forwarders and internal teams to manage export documentation (e.g., Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Analysis).
Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and oversee the smooth transition of goods from dispatch to overseas delivery.
Account & Relationship Management
Build and maintain robust relationships with a diverse portfolio of existing and potential clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, and post-sales support.
Perform consistent sales follow-ups to ensure high customer retention and resolve any grievances.
Finance & Coordination
Collaborate with the accounts team to manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections.
Maintain an accurate customer database (CRM), sales reports, and comprehensive follow-up records.
Coordinate internally with sales, dispatch, and accounts departments to ensure seamless order execution and logistics.
Required Skills
Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of sales processes within the chemical industry.
Export Literacy: Familiarity with international trade terms (Incoterms), export documentation, and logistics coordination.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills.
Technical Proficiency: Strong command of MS Excel, Word, and professional email communication.
Coordination: Ability to multitask and bridge communication gaps between various internal departments.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: Minimum 2 years of mandatory experience in the Chemical Industry.
Proven Track Record: Experience in sales support, business development, or international customer handling.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field preferred.
