Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) / Business Development Executive (BDE)
Location: Panchkula, Haryana
Experience: 2–6 Years
Industry Preference: Pharmaceutical / FMCG / Dermatology

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven BDM/BDE to drive business growth, expand market presence, and build strong client relationships in the Pharma/FMCG/Derma segment. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing new business opportunities, and managing key accounts within the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales performance

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and channel partners

• Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis

• Manage distribution network and ensure product availability

• Execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns

• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field

• 2–6 years of sales experience in Pharma / FMCG / Dermatology segment

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Good understanding of territory management and market dynamics

• Ability to work independently and meet targets

• Willingness to travel within the assigned region

Preferred Skills

• Experience in derma or specialty product sales (added advantage)

• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Result-oriented with a proactive approach
