Job Responsibilities:
Receive online tenders forwarded by the associated tender agency and take immediate action as per timelines.
Coordinate with the tender agency and provide all required company documents for tender submission.
Ensure timely follow-up with the tender agency regarding tender status, clarifications, and submission updates.
Maintain proper records of received tenders, submitted documents, and follow-up status.
Coordinate internally with management and concerned departments for approvals and required information.
Track tender deadlines and ensure no opportunity is missed due to delays.
Skills & Requirements:
Basic knowledge of online tendering processes.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle urgent tasks and work under deadlines.
Basic computer skills (Email, Excel, online portals).
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
