Understand and manage the complete sales funnel, from lead generation to order closure.
Maintain prompt responsiveness on emails, calls, and customer queries.
Expand business by managing national & international sales, including export operations.
Conduct market research to identify new trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with internal departments such as QA, QC, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
