## About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated Business Development Executive to drive business growth by acquiring and managing partnerships with schools across Karnataka. The ideal candidate should have prior experience selling educational products or solutions directly to schools and should possess strong relationships with school decision-makers.
This is a field-based B2B sales role involving consultative selling, client relationship management, and end-to-end ownership of the sales cycle.
## Key Responsibilities
• Identify and generate new business opportunities within schools and educational institutions.
• Build relationships with Principals, School Directors, Trustees, Academic Coordinators, and Management.
• Conduct meetings, product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate education technology or learning solutions.
• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
• Own the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Conduct regular field visits across the assigned territory.
• Maintain strong post-sales relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
## Candidate Profile
### Experience
• 1-3 years of experience in B2B Institutional Sales or Business Development.
• Mandatory experience selling products or services to schools or educational institutions.
