Job Summary

ScaleMate Services is looking for an energetic and result-oriented Business Development Executive / Manager to drive client acquisition, develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

The role and compensation will be aligned with the candidate's experience, skills, and last drawn salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, referrals, networking, meetings, and other channels.

• Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.

• Present and explain ScaleMate's services and solutions to prospective clients.

• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to conversion and onboarding.

• Follow up consistently with prospects and maintain an active sales pipeline.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and business discussions.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.

• Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.

• Achieve assigned business development and revenue objectives.

• For managerial-level candidates: guide team members, monitor sales activities, support conversions, and contribute to business development strategy.

• Identify opportunities for partnerships, referrals, and long-term business growth.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, B2B Sales, Financial Services, Consulting, or related fields.

• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

• Good understanding of lead generation, follow-up, and sales conversion.

• Ability to handle clients independently.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Candidates with team-handling or managerial experience will be preferred for the managerial level.

Salary: Based on experience, skills & last drawn salary
