Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, referrals, digital platforms, and field activities.
Identify prospective buyers and investors for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct client meetings, understand customer requirements, and recommend suitable projects.
Arrange and conduct site visits for potential customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure smooth customer handling.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and channel partners.
Prepare sales reports, maintain customer records, and update CRM software.
Negotiate pricing and close property deals.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new project launches.
