Job Details — Business Development Executive

Primary Role:
- To source business primarily through telecalling.
- Responsible for inviting potential customers to the office from the provided database.
Communication Skills:
- Must be fluent in English and Hindi (spoken & communication).
- Knowledge of Bengali will be considered an added advantage.
Personality & Presentation:
- Should be presentable in appearance, well-groomed, and confident while interacting with customers.
Qualification & Experience:
- Minimum Graduate.
- Experience requirement: Minimum 6 months to a maximum of 5 years in relevant roles.
Location Preference:
- Candidates must reside within a 5 km radius of Ecospace, Kolkata–New Town.
Compensation:
- Fixed salary: ₹16,000 per month (inclusive of PF and ESIC).
- Unlimited incentive earning potential based on performance.
Work Nature:
- Office-based role requiring continuous customer engagement and follow-ups.
