About the Role

Sanosis Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and target-driven professionals for the position of Remote Pullback Specialist for our client Sikwin. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills and experience in telecalling, customer follow-ups, or customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer follow-ups and engagement calls

• Reconnect with inactive or pending customers

• Maintain strong communication and relationship-building with clients

• Achieve daily and monthly targets

• Update customer records and follow-up status regularly

• Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and customer support

• Ensure professional and positive customer interaction at all times

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, customer support, or follow-up processes

• Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi

• Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently from home

• Basic computer handling knowledge
