Job Title: Business Development Associate (Field Sales - EdTech)

• Experience: 1 to 4 Years (Field Sales / EdTech experience preferred)

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Location: Remote, on field

• Salary: Rs. 10,000 – Rs. 15,000 + Lucrative performance incentives on sale closures upto Rs 15,000/-.

About the Role: We are looking for an energetic, results-driven, and ambitious Business Development Associate to spearhead our on-ground expansion. This role demands active field exposure, direct engagement with school authorities, coaching center directors, and institutional partners to position and scale Sajre Edutech’s product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Expansion: Conduct regular on-ground visits to schools, colleges, and educational partners within the assigned territory.

• Institutional Pitching: Meet decision-makers (principals, directors, trustees) and explain the value proposition of Sajre Edutech solutions.

• Lead Generation: Build a robust pipeline through direct school interactions, local educational events, referrals, and field campaigns.

• Sales Cycle Management: Manage end-to-end sales cycles—from initial cold visits and follow-ups (via calls, WhatsApp, and meetings) to negotiation and final contract closure.

• Target Achievement: Consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and acquisition targets.

• Pipeline Tracking: Maintain meticulous daily visit reports, lead pipeline data, and conversion status in CRM or reporting tools.

• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate seamlessly with internal technical and customer success teams to ensure smooth institution onboarding and execution.

• Market Intelligence: Provide ground-level feedback, competitor insights, and territory updates to management to refine sales strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• High confidence in face-to-face pitching, public speaking, and institutional presentations.

• Unflinching willingness to travel extensively on the field.

• A target-driven, resilient, and disciplined work approach.

• Ability to handle complex stakeholder objections from management, educators, and institutions.

• Proficiency in basic smartphone usage, mobile reporting apps, and CRM handling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in any stream (Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields preferred).
