1.Lead Handling (Inbound) • Manage incoming leads from: o IndiaMART o Website o Email o Existing customers
2. Lead Generation (Outbound) • Generate leads through: o LinkedIn o Reference lists o Exhibition databases o Google search o Industry references
3. Lead Nurturing & Conversion • Send introduction emails • Coordinate sample dispatch • Follow up consistently • Arrange calls between prospects and management
4. Commercial Coordination • Communicate pricing (as given by management) • Handle basic negotiation discussions • Ensure closure and PO receipt from customer
Experience & Skills • 2–5 years in sales / coordination / BD support roles • Good written and spoken English • Basic Excel / lead tracking ability • Strong follow-up mindset
