Role Summary:
As part of our Business Development team, you will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and promoting our wide range of services including Legal, Certification, Registration, Funding, Digital Marketing, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Lead generation through cold calling and provided data sources
🔹 Engaging with clients to understand requirements and provide consultations
🔹 Converting leads into sales, handling negotiations, pricing & invoicing
🔹 Building long-term client relationships for renewals and upselling
🔹 Coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery
🔹 Updating lead status in CRM/Excel and preparing performance reports
🔹 Staying updated on compliance trends, certifications, and business regulations
🔹 Meeting monthly/quarterly sales targets and supporting marketing events
