Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive – SaaS Sales to help expand our client base and promote our SaaS products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospects, and driving growth through lead generation and consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential clients through market research, outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, cold calls), and networking.
Generate leads and schedule product demos with decision-makers.
Understand customer pain points and align our SaaS solutions to meet their needs.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Maintain up-to-date records in the CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to onboarding.
Stay informed about SaaS industry trends and competitor offerings.
Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, SaaS sales, or B2B tech sales.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
Self-starter who can work independently and meet targets.
Familiarity with CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
