Business Development and Sales Specialist
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development and Sales Specialist to drive growth by leveraging strong sales, marketing, and business development expertise. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, and enhancing the organization’s market presence.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of three years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, with a proven ability to create compelling pitch documents, respond to proposals and RFPs, and conduct market research and data analysis. Familiarity with CRM software and excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential to excel in this position.
Preferred candidates with MBA in Marketing, Public Policy, or a related field and possess additional knowledge in politics or public affairs. Fluency in Marathi or Gujrati or Konkani, Hindi and English is advantageous. This role offers the opportunity to contribute strategically to the organization’s growth while applying creativity and analytical skills in a collaborative environment.
