Roles and Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Identify and engage new business prospects through research, networking,
and outreach. Drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients
• Sales Strategy: Provide inputs and devise strategies to maximise sales in targeted areas
• Client Engagement: Conduct meetings with potential clients to understand needs and present
solutions. Deliver impressive product demonstrations and presentations
• Deal Closure: Manage contract discussions, negotiations and close deals
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to
identify new business opportunities
• Reporting and Target Completion: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to
senior management in alignment with business goals. Meet or exceed sales targets consistently
• Team Management: Manage a team of sales engineers and provide training and development
when necessary. Also provide performance management inputs for team when required
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Skills and Qualifications Required
• Diploma/B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical preferred
• Work Experience Required – 1 to 2 years in B2B sales in relevant industry
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication /interpersonal skills.
