Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard ship owners, ship management companies, and offshore clients worldwide
Develop business opportunities for crew recruitment
Generate leads through maritime platforms, cold calling, LinkedIn, and industry networks
Build strong relationships with international clients in the shipping sector
Understand client requirements (patrolling boats, fishing boats, luxury boats, onshore & offshore projects, etc.)
Coordinate with the crewing/recruitment team for the timely deployment of seafarers
Negotiate contracts, billing terms, and crew management agreements
Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets
Maintain CRM data and prepare business reports
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to generate leads and close deals independently.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and MS Office.
Target-driven and self-motivated attitude.
