We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our growing sales team in Kolkata.

Job Role & Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential property buyers, sellers, realtors, builders and business clients.

Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking and direct meetings.

Conduct client meetings and explain PropyMart's products, services and business solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Coordinate with the internal sales and support teams.

Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.

Maintain regular updates of client meetings, leads and follow-ups.

Job Details

📍 Location: Park Street, Kolkata

💼 Position: Business Development Executive – Field Sales

💰 Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 per month

🎯 Additional: Performance-based incentives

🕐 Job Type: Full-Time

Who Can Apply?

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidates with experience in real estate, sales, business development, field sales or B2B sales will be preferred.

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Confident personality with the ability to meet clients independently.

Willingness to travel locally for client meetings and business development.
