Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Cold Calling
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents from the provided database.
Generate fresh leads through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Explain courses, programs, certifications, and university partnerships clearly.
Identify potential customers and create interest in the company’s offerings.
2. Lead Qualification
Understand student requirements (course, budget, eligibility, career goals).
Qualify leads based on interest level and eligibility criteria.
Share qualified leads with the counseling/sales team for further conversion.
3. Follow-Up & Nurturing
Conduct timely follow-ups on hot leads, call-backs, and inquiries.
Maintain regular communication with interested prospects.
Encourage prospects to attend counseling sessions or webinars.
4. Database Management
Maintain and update lead details in CRM.
Record call discussions, status updates, and next follow-up dates.
Ensure proper lead tracking and reporting.
5. Target Achievement
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call targets.
Meet lead generation and appointment booking targets.
Maintain minimum connected call and talk-time targets.
6. Product Knowledge
Stay updated about courses, fee structure, admission process, and offers.
Clearly communicate program benefits and career outcomes.
7. Coordination
Coordinate with counselors, admissions team, and operations team.
Share feedback from students to improve lead quality and campaigns.
Required Skills:
1.Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Regional Language).
2.Confident in cold calling and objection handling.
3.Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
4.Target-oriented and self-motivated.
5.Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualification : Any Graduate
Skills: Excellent Good Communication skills, Must have good negotiation skills,Must be detail oriented and an active listener,Researching market trends.
Experience: Freshers & Experienced are welcome
Language Known: English, Hindi, Marathi
