Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities,potential clients, and industry trends.
Engage with potential clients via email, phone, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
Submit proposals on various freelance platforms like Upwork,Freelancer, etc., to secure projects and expand our client base.
Maintain and update a pipeline of prospects and manage each stage of the sales cycle effectively.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project onboarding and client satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:
● 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
● Strong understanding of freelance platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.)
and experience in securing projects through these channels.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build
rapport with diverse client groups.
● Goal-oriented and driven by results, with a proven track record of
achieving or exceeding targets.
● Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint).
